📦 Processing Time
We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. While we often ship on weekends, processing times may occasionally be extended due to holidays or other circumstances.

We ship internationally via Japan Post (EMS and Standard Tracked Mail).

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier conditions, or transit routing. Packages travelling through multiple transit hubs or relay points — which may vary depending on your location — may take additional time to arrive.
📬 Tracking
All shipments include a tracking number. You will receive your tracking number via email or DM once your order has been shipped.
🛃 Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. JP Collectors Vault is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
⚠️ Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost, please contact us at jpcollectorsvault@gmail.com. We will file an investigation with the carrier. Please note that tracking interruptions do not automatically qualify for a refund. Refunds for lost packages are only issued after the carrier confirms the loss through their official investigation process.
