Which countries do you ship to?

Available shipping destinations change based on global conditions and each country's import regulations.

Do you collect or prepay taxes on behalf of buyers?
  • In general, we do not collect or prepay import duties, VAT/GST, taxes, or customs fees on your behalf.
  • The only exception is orders shipped to the United States, which are handled with DDP shipping.
For buyers in the United States
  • To comply with U.S. customs and tariff rules, orders shipped to the United States are sent by DDP shipping.
  • Because of this, the shipping fee for U.S. orders is set higher than other regions.
  • This fee includes customs duties, tariff-related costs, and customs processing fees.
  • No additional fees will be required before delivery — shop with confidence without worrying about unexpected extra charges.
For buyers outside the United States
  • Import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, customs fees, and handling charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  • We do not collect or prepay these fees on your behalf.

What happens if a package is returned due to unpaid fees?
  • No refund will be issued if the package is returned due to unpaid import duties, taxes, customs fees, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the package.
