⚠️ Return & Refund Policy

🚫 All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of collectible trading cards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

📸 Condition Transparency We provide detailed photos and accurate descriptions of every item's condition prior to purchase. Please review all images and descriptions carefully before completing your order.

🔒 No Returns After Opening Items that have been opened, or have broken seals or packaging, are not eligible for return under any circumstances, in order to prevent item substitution fraud.

⚠️ Exceptions Returns are only accepted if the item received is significantly different from the description or photos provided. In such cases, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility
  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been inspected

📦 Lost Packages & Non-Delivery Claims We take non-delivery claims seriously and investigate each case thoroughly before issuing any refund.

Tracking interruptions alone do not qualify for a refund. In the event of a non-delivery claim, we will file an official investigation request with the carrier. Refunds will only be issued after the investigation is completed and loss is officially confirmed by the carrier.

This process may take several weeks depending on the carrier's investigation timeline. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

❌ Cancellations Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. Once an item has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
